  • All client information is stored securely using trusted third-party tools (Squarespace, Gmail, Google Calendar, Stripe, etc.).

  • Access is limited to Beside team members who directly support your service.

  • We never share your information with outside vendors without your approval.

  • Sensitive information (passwords, financial data, medical details) is never requested, stored, or handled.

You can request to:

  • View the information we have

  • Update or correct it

  • Ask us to delete your information

  • Opt out of any communication at any time

Everything you share with Beside stays between us. Your routines, schedules, family details, and personal information are treated with the same confidentiality you would expect from a professional executive assistant.
