We provide part-time executive assistant support for both business and personal needs, taking ownership of the work that keeps things moving so you don’t have to manage every detail yourself. We start with a 60-minute discovery meeting to understand your priorities, communication style, and where support will have the most impact. From there, we step in where you need help—whether that’s a defined set of tasks or ongoing support across multiple areas—and adjust as things evolve. We keep it simple, organized, and ensure everything gets done.
We offer both remote and in-person support within the greater Seattle area, stepping in on-site when hands-on coordination is needed.
