  • We start with a free 15 min Intro 1:1 call or email conversation to look at your week, understand what’s overwhelming, and identify where support will make the biggest difference. From there, we either reset & refresh your current systems or put new ones in place to help your days run smoother.


  • A lot. Anything that lives on your calendar, to-do list, inbox, or “I’ll get to it later” list. We handle scheduling, planning, logistics, research, coordination, and weekly prioritization—fully remote and tailored to your life.

  • Yes. Beside is built for busy people who don’t need errands—they need more simplified structure and clarity to plan. All support is virtual through email, Slack DM or scheduled sessions. Working hours are 8-5pm PT.

  • If you’re not sure, start with an Intro 1:1. In 30 minutes we’ll look at your week, clean up what’s coming, and recommend the right level of support based on how much structure and prep you need.

  • Yes. Our weekly and monthly memberships include recurring touchpoints to keep you ahead of what’s coming and prevent the cycle of catch-up.

  • Memberships can be canceled at any time with a 30-day notice. Your support continues through the end of that 30-day period, and no additional charges are applied after the final billing cycle. We don’t offer partial refunds for unused sessions, but you can use any remaining sessions during the notice window.

  • Absolutely. We handle travel research and planning, vendor coordination, small event logistics (birthdays, gatherings, celebrations), and holiday prep like gift lists, purchasing, and timelines.

  • Yes—light expense tracking and claim submission support is available when given access to account information access.

  • We offer à la carte sessions for one-time resets, planning support, or special projects. No long-term commitment required.
